If you're a moderator and want to remain a moderator, let me know please. I don't mean to sound harsh or anything, I'm just trying to keep the board active; so any moderators who haven't been visiting the site will get replaced in the next couple weeks.
Moderator responsibilties:
make sure the threads in your shop pertain to your topic, and if they don't then move them (or tell me or one of the GM's and we'll move it for you)
if posts in your thread are slowing down or not happening, create a new thread with something that will get people posting again
that's pretty much it. this isnt a dictatorship, so y'all can pretty much do what you want in your shop. if you have any questions, send me an IM.
