I would vote The Empire Strikes Back. I dont know why, but I love that movie.

Jedi, all the way! Not only does Jedi have some of the best lines of the whole series but it also has the resolution of everything! We see Luke growing past the whole stupid-farmboy routine and turning towards actually becoming mature and learning about acutally being a Jedi. We finally find out about the whole brother/sister situation as well as the father/son thing is confirmed and battled out. The fight scenes are bigger and better, not to mention more final. Return of the Jedi is completely the best movie.

II.
ROTJ is good and used to be my favorite until 2 came out. (think i am gonna go watch that in fact.)
II is good because:
1. Padme. More free to express herself, not goofy makeup and hairdos.
2. Clone War. (how cool are all those clone troopers? marching? fighting...makes SW GB more fun to think u are playing like that.)
3. More Jedi. I love the SW Universe because of the Jedi. So elegant, powerful, and knowledgable.
Just my thoughts tho. I have the DVD. Hey Jarin, can u make another thread about the II DVD? I missed it the first time it was up.

i've been listening to aotc in my car about once a week lately. Can't you just picture the scenes when you hear the soundtrack? Sorry, off subject, but I love John Williams's score. |

Can't you just picture the scenes when you hear the soundtrack? Sorry, off subject, but I love John Williams's score. You're right. The music is very beautiful and expressive. You really get the feeling or mood of the scene just from the music. |

Ep 1 is my favorite...I can watchit over and over...And I love "Duel of fates" I listen to it almost every day...

I'm gonna have to go with Empire Strikes Back. It doesn't get any better than that last scene with Vader and Luke.
Although, the Vader/Luke scene in ROTJ is pretty awesome, too. Palpatine is awesome in that movie
