Anakin barely knew Palpatine when he went to the planet, which wasn't Ithor. Elegos was already guessed and I already said that Elegos is wrong. Mara Jade Skywalker never went with Anakin either, she didnt know who he was.
HINTS:
The planet has two parts to its name, ex: Yavin 4 except the number is a name.
The planet is hidden, and is the source for the fastest ships in the galaxy, because the ship communicates with the pilot.
The person that studied the Yuuzhan Vong went for about 50 years and was a Jedi of the Old Republic.
Anakin went to the planet on a Jedi mission with another Jedi to find a missing Jedi.

Anakin did go with Obi-Wan but the planet isn't in hutt space, its the closest planet to where the Yuuzhan Vong entered the galaxy.
