I reach the area that I believe the scream originated, but find nothing. I am in a clearing only a few meters across. Outside of the shadows I can see clearly, nothing is moving anywhere nearby. I can feel a presence, a mind that is shadowed and unclear to my attempts to probe the identity of its owner. Is it the creature that I heard? I can not know. I can not truly know if there was a scream at all...I certainly find no evidence that the clearing I stand in was recently occupied and no one has joined me in my investigation.
The mind that I had just felt has disappeared, I can no longer sense its presence. I quickly check the underbrush around the outskirts of the clearing and head back towards the area where I last saw Master Kenobi. Hopefully he can help me to understand what I believe I heard and felt, if not we can at least meet up with the rest of our party and get on with completion of our mission.

"I can no longer feel the individual mind that had originally drawn my attention, but I can definately feel a cold, shadowy presence that seems to be everywhere. I can not narrow down the location or locations that it seems to be coming from. I had suspected the Sith when I first felt it, but feared that the feeling might be coming from the artifact that we came here to find, rather than other beings. If members of the Sith are on the moon with us I fear that our mission must proceed very quickly, or we have no hope of success."

I start of into the under brush toward a "friendly" fealing in the force hoping to find another Jedi or at least another person...

I arrive at the temple without incident. My lightsaber remains activated as I quickly circle the building, looking for any possible traps or threats. I see no evidence of tampering by any being or any life form itself. I switch the blade off and rehook the handle on my belt, taking care to make sure it is easily accessible. In front of the temple I find that Master Kenobi is no where to be found, again. He has a tendency to wander off, I notice but assume he is also looking to ensure safety, looking for the missing sith artifact, or trying to locate the rest of our party.
Just as I begin to wonder what I am to do the underbrush less than a meter from where I stand begins to move. I can sense a being approaching the temple. My hand drops instantly to my lightsaber but I don't take it from my belt yet. The brush continues to move and a being emerges...

I emerge from the brush to find Empress Palpatine looking distressed and startled.
"Dont worry, no harm will come towards you when Im not here. We should continue to go inside, I told the rest of our team to stay outside for security."
We continue into the temple and find the artifact in no less than an hour.

I suddenly feel great pulse of evil in the force. I hear a cry and hurry towards it. it takes me five minutes before I find the clearing. I look around and see an odd hump of leaves... I walk over and prod it with my foot, It rolls over reavealing IJediMaster! (OOC> IJediMaster asked me to do this cause he doesent have time for the game) IC> I jump back startled, from the burn marks on him it is apparent that he died in a ferosious lightsaber fight...wierd there is no energy present that should have been there if a dark jedi had been using the force this much...he/she must be encredibly strong to cover up thier traces like this...I pull out my small com radio, D**N no reseption. the leaves are to thik over head...

Sweat beaded on my apprentice's brow. He deactivated his lightsaber and I walked over to him, "your anger has given you powers you previously had not imagined. That Jedi was no match for you. Well done, but beware. His companions will search for us, and may be more formidable in numbers. Let us go."
My apprentice and I ran through the brush, trying to find the source of the dark energy. Perhaps this is the artifact they were feeling.

Running back to the area that I left "Palpy's Death", my Lambda shuttle I hope that Blue Eyes, my droid, has kept the ship ready for a quick lift off. I reach the area that I believe to be where I left the shuttle only to find it empty. I look around, thinking that perhaps I am mistaken about the area, but I know that I am in the right place. Silently I curse Blue and click on my commlink.
"Blue? What's the idea of taking off without me?"
"Mistress Palpatine, I have not moved the ship since your departure."
"Blue, I am where I left the ship, it's not here! It's not as though I could just overlook the ship. Where are you?"
"Disengaging cloaking shield."
The very large shuttle essentially appeared right before my eyes. I shook my head and waited for the boarding ramp to appear. As I entered the cockpit and began lift off procedures I cursed Blue less quietly.
"Why did you engage the cloaking shield? I told you to keep it handy and ready, not to actually use it."
"There were many ships that entered the area after you disembarked, more than one seemed unfriendly, possible hostile."
"Sith?"
"Possibly, but I do not have the correct programing to properly identify such beings as they fly by."
"Don't patronize me, Blue. Just this this thing ready to fly. I want to be out of here before anyone knows we're here."

My apprentice reported to me, "master, there are a collection of ships, no less than a kilometer to the North. Several beings are present."
I thought for a moment, "hmm...they must have found it! We must hurry! We will catch them before they take off!"
My apprentice and I took off in a dead sprint to the North.

Having not made it far into the bush before finding IJediMaster I hastily burry him again not having room to take him back for a proper burial...I make it back to my ship in time to see a lamba class shutle I had not seen before take off. I climb into my ship and do a quick sys check calling to my aprentise "Padawan Ayame, turn back! do not land on yavin 4!" i fire up my engines wishing I had repaired my shields "send me your location and I will meet you there"
